Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy.

 

All Sales Are Final

 

All purchases are final sale, including:

  • Custom candles

  • Memorial/tribute items

  • Personalized orders

 

Damaged Items (Important Exception)

 

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide:

    • Photos of damage

    • Packaging images

We will review and determine if a replacement is appropriate.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor variations in design

  • Scent preferences

 

Refunds

 

Refunds are issued only at our discretion in verified cases of damage or error.
